Modern Bali-style, open-concept living with spectacular rainforest and pool views from every room. Ever wanted to see a toucan or a monkey while floating in the pool, or over your morning Costa Rican coffee? It happens here all the time! Tucked away at the end of a private road, with private trails down to our seasonal waterfall, all directly on the border of world-famous Manuel Antonio National Park.
Every suite has air conditioning and full Wi-Fi coverage. Suites 1 and 2 open onto the upper pool. Suites 3, 4 and 5 are on the lower level beside the second pool; Suites 3 and 4 have louvered doors that open to make one family space.
Wildlife at Prana
Monkeys, sloths, toucans and scarlet macaws visit the villa all the time, crossing right over the border that we share with Manuel Antonio National Park.
Full-time staff & concierge
Our housekeeping and grounds staff are on the property six days a week (Sundays off). Your concierge starts planning with you as soon as your reservation is confirmed. He can answer questions about excursions and in-house services like a private chef, massage and spa treatments, and he can stock the kitchen from your grocery list if you choose to request it. He also welcomes you on arrival and is always available during your stay.

Mark built Prana from the ground up and has hosted guests here for 16 years. He personally takes every reservation, and he's always available to step in alongside his expert staff.

Good to know
An easy 5 to 10 minutes by car, or about a 40-minute walk. Like most places in Manuel Antonio, we're up in the hills above the beach, right on the edge of the national park.
Most guests prefer one, and the driving is easy. You don't have to, though: there are plenty of taxis, and your concierge can arrange rides.
The whole villa for your group, your personal concierge, housekeeping and laundry six days a week (Monday to Saturday), Costa Rican coffee, and beach and pool towels. Private chefs, massage, transfers and tours can be arranged at additional cost.
Yes! The villa sleeps up to 14 guests ages 2 and up, and babies under 2 don't count toward the 14. We have a pack 'n play and a high chair for babies.

House rules
We prefer no outside visitors on the property. Any events or outside visitors must be requested and approved ahead of time.
To reserve the villa, we ask for a deposit covering the first half of the accommodation fees. The deposit is refundable up to 60 days before arrival. The final balance is due 60 days before arrival. Payments are not refundable with less than 60 days' notice. If you need to cancel with less than 60 days' notice, we're happy to offer a full refund, less bank charges, once we're successful in rebooking your dates. For this reason, we suggest giving us as much notice as possible.
